De-Hy Technologies is a family run company located south of London,Ontario. The company was founded in 1999 by Bruce Shaver, also founder of Great Lake D-Hy Inc. Bruce brings 23 years of food processing experience to the business. Since than William Hannah (B.AgrSc) and Whitney Shaver (B.AgrSc, Speciality in Organics) have joined the team.
